Belif Numero 10 essence is a hydrating 'first essence', designed to maintain moisture levels on the skin, since moisture evaporates from the skin within 10 seconds after cleansing! It's a toner + serum in one with a lightweight gel texture that helps retain the hydration in the skin before it can evaporate. Formulated with Rose of Jericho extract, that locks in the moisture and increases skin hydration level in 10 seconds. It is completely non-sticky and will keep the skin well hydrated while boosting the effects of the following products you apply.
